Advertisement Rules

To keep quality and safety for providers and customers at the highest level, the following binding rules apply to all listings. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to delete the listing immediately and to block the profile.

1.Safety, health & legality

• No hardcore pornography (Art. 197 of the Swiss Criminal Code): Images, videos or texts that contain depictions of violence, sexual acts with animals or similar content are illegal and strictly prohibited.
• Protection of health: Offering unprotected intercourse (“sex without a condom” / bareback) is strictly prohibited.
• No illegal substances: Medicines or drugs (including Kamagra, poppers, party drugs) must not be offered, shown or mentioned in the text.
• No revenge listings or third-party profiles: Creating listings for third parties without their express consent is prohibited.
• Absolute authenticity: Fake profiles, fraud (scams) and offering services under false pretences will be reported to the authorities without exception.

2.Guidelines for images & videos

• 100% own material: Use and offer exclusively your own photos or videos of yourself.
• No visible genitals: Genitals must not be directly visible in images and videos. (This protects the platform from legal problems with credit card and hosting providers.)
• Quality of media: No screenshots as photos.
• Verification images: Photos used for the internal age and identity check (verification) must not be uploaded as public listing photos.
• Watermarks: Third-party watermarks are prohibited. Only your own working name or your own homepage is permitted. In addition, the platform automatically adds the watermark “xhorn” to uploaded images at the bottom right.

3.Quality of text and content

• Clear separation: No mixed listings (e.g. selling digital content and offering real-life meetings in the same listing).
• No keyword stuffing: Indiscriminately listing countless locations, tags or services at the end of the text is prohibited and leads to deletion.
• Format requirements: No contact details (e.g. telephone numbers, email addresses) in the title or in the free text field. Use only the contact fields provided in the profile for this purpose.
• No claiming of status: Self-inserted remarks such as “Verified”, “Checked”, “VIP” or similar in the text or title are prohibited. Such badges are awarded exclusively by the system.

4.Third-party advertising & links

• No competitor advertising: References to other listing portals, dating sites, WhatsApp groups or Telegram channels are prohibited (neither in the text nor as a linked website).

5.Violations and consequences

• Listings that violate these rules may be edited, deactivated or deleted without prior notice. In the event of repeated or serious violations, the user account may be blocked.

6.Reporting violations

• Have you noticed a listing that violates these rules? Use the “Report” function directly on the listing concerned. Our admin team reviews every report.
